Daytona State Cracks Top 25 in NJCAA Poll

Daytona State College Men's Basketball is ranked in the Top 25 in the NJCAA Poll released on Monday. The first top 25 ranking comes in after a strong start for the Falcons of 7-0. In their first game, they topped State College of Florida-Manatee 92-82. They came out undefeated from 2 tournaments at Indian River State College and Miami Dade College. They then went on to beat Indian River State College 111-101.
As a team, they shoot 38.9% from the three and 49.8% from the field. The unselfish Falcons average 21 assists on 37 made field goals per game.
