Bio
Jesse made a big jump from his junior year to his senior year at Apopka High School. He credited this to a good summer of training and that helped him run a 16:25 5k at the end of his senior year. He joined the Falcons in the fall of 2018 for the inaugural season, running in the top four all season. “Jesse is a genuine guy. He has heart and wants to do what will help the team. He was pivotal in us winning the Region 8 meet last season.” Wilson Commented
Outlook for 2019 season per Wilson: “Jesse has really grown this past year, and is much more focused on his training. He had a good summer, and is developing into a leader for this year’s squad. He has the talent to move on and keep running after DSC, and now I think he sees that. I think he will surprise a lot of people this season.”
