Falcons Moving On

DAYTONA BEACH, FL. – Last Thursday Daytona State Women's Basketball program celebrated six student-athletes signing their National Letters of Intent to continue pursuing their dreams and goals both as students and basketball players at the next level. The 2^nd annual event grew in attendance in 2023 and stamped the total of 12 student-athletes moving on in the last two seasons from the program. 9 have matriculated to NCAA Division 1 programs while 3 have done the same at NCAA Division 2 institutions.

Freshman Guard- Alexis Staton signed with Talladega College

Freshman Forward- Alyssa Green-Buford signed with Alabama State University

Sophomore Guard- Danea Mackey signed with Chowan University

Freshman Forward- Rylan Moffitt signed with Appalachian State University

Freshman Post- Hailee Brennen signed with Florida A&M University

Sophomore Guard- Nashani Gilbert signed with Florida A&M University
