Bio
Lauren Schaudel hails from Fleming Island and ran a phenomenal sub 20:00 5k in her freshman year. Saddled with some injuries as a junior, she rehabilitated and came back strong for her senior year, competing in the Florida State Track meet as a member of the school's 4x800m team.
